Refund policy
Returns
At Always Together! we hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all long life ambient goods returned to us within 5 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.
If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Inspecting your goods
You should inspect all purchased products upon receipt and check that everything specified on the delivery note is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem immediately (within 3 days of receipt) or you return the goods in accordance with our Returns Policy if such return is permitted. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the merchandise at a later date.
In the event that items listed on the Delivery Note do not match those contained in your parcel; or goods are received damaged or faulty in any way, please notify us immediately (within 3 working days of receipt) by sending an email to support@alwaystogether.community
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to our storages before getting our approval and instructions to do so.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@alwaystogether.community and we will guide you either to dispose the item or to send it to our storages.
Shipping
I case you are not happy with your products, kindly contact us at support@alwaystogether.community and describe the issue, we will then take a decision and will ask you either to dispose the products or to send it back to our storages.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
