Always Together! (“Always Together” “we” or “us”) has the highest regard for your privacy and the personal information shared with us. This Privacy Statement explains the types of personal information that we collect, the purposes for which we collect any such information, the measures which we take so as to protect and secure this information, and the other parties with whom we may share it. This Privacy Notice sets our privacy policies and practices in relation to information that is collected by as part of your order process, and other personal data which we may collect within the course of your participation in our programs. This Privacy Statement also specifies your rights with respect to your personal information, and the manner in which you can contact us about our privacy policies practices.
1.    PERSONAL DATA THAT WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

As between our relations with you in connection with your registration and/or participation in our programs, “Personal Data” means any data, which may enable the identification of a specific person, or is otherwise linked to such potentially identifying data. For instance, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, Apple pay details, Google pay details, Amazon pay details, Pay pal details, email address, and phone number. We mostly Collect Personal Data Directly from You. For instance, information that you provide us, voluntarily, during the process of your order or otherwise within the course of engaging with our Site.

  • Provide you with services. Namely, the services which you requested to receive from us, namely orders from the Site.

Always Together collects and process Personal Data only if and when it has a legal basis to do so.
  • We may process your personal data for purposes necessary for the performance of our contract with you, or for steps preparatory to entering into a contract with you, and to comply with our legal obligations.
  • We may process your personal data for the purposes of our own legitimate interests provided that those interests do not override any of your own interests, rights and freedoms which require the protection of your personal data.
  • We may process your personal data for certain additional purposes with your consent, and in these limited circumstances where your consent is required for the processing of your personal data then (i) we will request such consent from you separately, and (ii) you have the right to withdraw your consent to processing for such specific purposes.

We may share your data (including Personal Data) with certain third parties, including law enforcement agencies, our business partners and our affiliates – but only in accordance with this Privacy Statement:

In any case of a substantial change to this Privacy Statement or a change in the manner in which Onward uses the information and details provided by you, we shall inform you of any such change by placing an announcement on its website or through an email communication
